How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Within 2-3 working days from order date, unless otherwise stated. Delivery timing: Weekdays (except Public Holidays) between 9am to 5.30pm. Delivery/Collection arrangement will be advised accordingly via email/sms/Whatsapp.
How much does delivery cost?
Free local delivery for all purchases of S$2,500 and above (in a single order), excluding trip to Jurong Island. Otherwise, delivery is chargeable at $50/trip. We do not deliver to Jurong Island.
Do you offer express delivery for urgent orders?
We do not provide express/urgent delivery/self-collection. Delivery/self-collection lead time shall be 3 working days. Please call or email us for further assistance.
Can I arrange self-collection?
Yes, STRICTLY on an appointment basis only. Collection lead time shall be 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Please call or email us to arrange self-collection. Self-collection timing: Weekdays, except Public Holidays, between 9am to 5pm.
If I am not satisfied with an item, can I return it for a refund?
No, we are not able to accept refunds. All exchange requests, subject to approval, have to be made within 3 working days from date of delivery. Not all exchange requests will be allowed.

 

What are the payment options?

Singapore By PayNow / PayLah , Direct Bank Transfer

Rest of the WorldBy Paypal. Full payment is required prior to delivery or self-collection.

How do I know that my order is being processed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 working day which contains your order details. Delivery / Collection details will be advised accordingly in a separate email.

What if I have not received any order confirmation?

Is it possible to make changes to an already submitted order?

Yes, contact us as soon as possible within the day of your order. Delivery dates are subjected to change depending on when and what changes were made

What is your refund / exchange policy?

We are not able to accept refunds.All exchange requests have to be made within 3 working days from the date of delivery. However, not all exchange requests may be allowed.

Do I have to pay GST?

GST is only applicable for local (Singapore) transactions.

Are the listed prices inclusive of GST?

No. The listed prices DO NOT include GST.

I am unable to purchase certain items. Why is this so?

This is applicable to certain communication equipment due regulations imposed by IMDA. Kindly contact us for more information.

 

How can I track my order(s)?

When your order is confirmed with us, it will move through our system and to the warehouse dispatch to be processed.

Once our warehouse team has picked your order and organized the dispatch, you will receive an automatic email from the freight provider your shipment is booked with. This email will contain your tracking link and tracking number.

The tracking link won’t show tracking information until your goods have been collected by the courier. This should usually be the same day. Please be aware that you may not see tracking progress until 24 hours of you receiving the automatic email.

If there is still no tracking progress showing after 24 hours of you receiving your tracking link, please email: sales@staging2.tecomart.co quoting your Sales order or Invoice number if possible.

My item has been lost or damaged during transit. What should I do?

All items shipped out will be insured regardless of value. In the event of damage, please notify your delivery driver upon receipt, ensuring they record it then contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. Our team will make the necessary arrangements to send a replacement as soon as possible (depending on stock availability)

Please note: If the damages are not reported within 24 hours of delivery, you will be liable for the replacement costs.

 
Do the products you sell come with any warranty?
Most of the products we sell come with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects. However, some brands do not come with any warranty. The breakdown is given below:

How do I claim the warranty?
Please send an email to sales@staging2.tecomart.co citing the sales order or invoice number. It will also be helpful if you are able to provide us with the serial number of the product. Our team will then get in touch with you. Warranty will only be applicable to equipment with factory defects. You will also have to bear the shipping charges, both ways (To and From Singapore). All warranty claims will be made with the respective manufacturers. This can take some time to process (from a few weeks to a few months), depending on product availability.

Are the online prices the same as your physical store?

No. Enjoy even more attractive prices and special deals when you shop at our online store.

Are the online stock levels the same as your physical store?

No. We do not have all the items available in the shop. Please pre-order.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes, we do upon delivery or self-collection.
